This Privacy Policy explains what personal data is collected from users (“you”, “your”) of the Lig34 mobile application (“Application”), developed by Lig34 Sportif Organizasyonlar Ltd. Şti. (“we”, “our”, or “App Owner”), how we use this data, with whom we share it, and your rights regarding this data.
When you use our Application, we collect the following personal data:
Full Name: To personalize your account and address you by name.
Email Address: To create and verify your account, ensure its security, and communicate with you.
Phone Number: Optional, to enhance account security or assist with password recovery.
Password: To allow you to securely log in to your account.
Favorite Team Information: To personalize your in-app experience and provide you with content related to your favorite team.
We use the personal data we collect for the following purposes:
To create and manage your personal user account.
To provide our application services and ensure their functionality.
To personalize your in-app experience based on your favorite team.
To communicate with you regarding important updates to your account or for security notifications.
To improve and analyze our services.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties under any circumstances.
Your data may be shared only with trusted service providers who provide the necessary infrastructure services for the operation of the Application. Our Application uses Google Firebase for infrastructure services (such as authentication, database, push notifications, etc.). We implement industry-standard technical and administrative security measures to protect your personal data. Your passwords are stored in our database in an unreadable, encrypted (hashed) format. However, please note that no method of data transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
Under the Law on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK) in Turkey and other applicable laws, you have rights regarding your personal data. These rights include accessing your data, requesting corrections, and requesting deletion.
You can update your personal information from the profile settings section within the Application. If you wish to completely delete your account, please contact us.
