1.1. This Membership Agreement (“Agreement”) is executed between Lig34 Sportif Organizasyonlar Ltd. Şti. (“Lig34”), located at Şalcı Kır Cad. No: 80 Tarabya, Istanbul, Turkey, and the individual whose information is declared in the membership form (“Member”), under the terms and conditions set forth below. Lig34 and the Member shall hereinafter be referred to collectively as the “Parties.”
1.2. The Member who will benefit from the services of the mobile application owned by Lig34 (“Platform”) acknowledges that this Agreement shall enter into force upon the Member’s commencement of use of the Platform and undertakes to comply with the provisions of this Agreement.
2.1. The Platform is an environment containing sports-focused content and information, intended to enable Members to obtain information and benefit from the services provided through the Platform.
2.2. The subject of this Agreement is to regulate the rights and obligations of the Parties regarding the Member’s use of the Platform.
3.1. All content (“Content”) available on the Platform is for the personal use of the Member only and may be used solely in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement.
4.1. Anyone who accepts this Agreement and its annexes may become a Member of Lig34.
4.2. Membership to the Platform is free of charge. The Member is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided for membership (Name, Surname, Email, Phone Number, Favorite Team) and accepts and undertakes that they shall bear any damages arising from incorrect or incomplete information. The password is created by the Member, who is solely responsible for its security.
4.3. Membership will be activated following the approval of the application by Lig34 and notification to the Member via email.
4.4. The Member accepts that the personal data provided during the application process will be processed in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (KVKK) and as stated in the Lig34 Privacy Policy separately provided on the Platform.
5.1. Lig34 reserves the right to reject membership applications entirely at its own discretion without providing any reason.
5.2. In the event of a breach of this Agreement or other rules and conditions stated on the Platform, or if it is determined that the Member’s application information is incorrect, Lig34 may, at its sole discretion and without notice, terminate the Member’s membership or restrict access to the Platform, with or without just cause.
5.3. The Member is solely responsible for the use and management of the email, password, and other credentials that enable the use of the Platform, and for maintaining their confidentiality and security. Any activities carried out using these credentials will be deemed to have been performed by the Member.
5.4. The Member must immediately notify Lig34 in the event of unauthorized use of their account or any other security breach.
5.5. All intellectual property rights in the software, visuals, designs, texts, logos, and graphics on the Platform belong to Lig34. Copying, distributing, processing, or using in any way the information and/or software used in the design, content, or database creation of the Platform is strictly prohibited.
5.6. The Member may not use Lig34’s trade name, trademark, logo, or other assets without Lig34’s prior written consent.
5.7. Any attempts by the Member to threaten the security of the Platform, hinder the operation of the software, place disproportionate loads on the Platform, gain unauthorized access to, copy, delete, modify, or attempt to modify the information on the Platform are strictly prohibited.
5.8. The Member may terminate their membership at any time by sending an email request to info@lig34.com.tr. The membership will be terminated within a reasonable period after receipt of the request.
5.9. Lig34 reserves the right to unilaterally amend or renew this Agreement at any time without providing a reason, and to change the subject, scope, and content of the Platform or to suspend its publication. Changes will be announced to the Member via the Platform.
6.1. The Platform and its content are provided “as is,” and Lig34 makes no representations or warranties regarding their accuracy, completeness, or reliability.
6.2. Lig34 shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages, including loss of profit, loss of data, or loss of business, arising from the Member’s use of or inability to use the Platform.
6.3. The Member acknowledges that the Platform may contain links to other websites or content not under the control of Lig34, and that Lig34 has no responsibility for the content of such linked websites.
7.1. Lig34 places great importance on the protection of the Member’s personal data. The principles and procedures regarding the processing of personal data are set out in detail in the Privacy Policy, which is an integral part of this Agreement and has been prepared in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (KVKK).
8.1. This Agreement is subject to Turkish Law. The courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul shall have jurisdiction over the resolution of disputes arising from the implementation of this Agreement.
